Woohoo, I have found a local heron. And this one was actually wading towards me, not taking flight :-)

Random conversations with locals in the parks and lovely people popping round with cakes, wine, flowers and presents over the last week. I love being back home!

Now I have a serious amount of back-blipping to do...
