A very pleasant 10k run before breakfast in cool but windless conditions set me up for a full day.
Food shopping for humans, cats and our feathered visitors, a visit to my accountant to sign papers, de grimed car and bike before meeting J for a quick lunch and then a short drive over to watch J’s youngest son play rugby for Bideford chiefs (27) vs Bude (7). Eric the Border Russell enjoyed the match some of it from the shelter of J’s quilted coat.
Extra: Butchers sausages sizzling in the pan which would accompany the homemade potato wedges and an egg.
