I took the roses to Bournemouth
To visit my friend L who is being cared for by hospice at home. Here are her two darling animals, sharing her very peaceably. They really rise to the occasion. Her little dog has, in just a month or two, learned not to be attention seeking, and is being delightful, but not making demands. Just cuddling whenever she can. It’s wonderful to get the hospice at home service, delivered by Macmillan nurses. To be at home with her beloved partner and animals is just right.
I did not know what to expect at all, but we had a fabulous 3 hours chatting and laughing and remembering. Her partner had a nice visit to Russell - Cotes museum, which I think she enjoyed, and which gave her a little break.
I hope it will be possible to visit again soon.
