Help

A troubled night, I was awake from about 3am and decided in the end to get up at 4:30am.

A day of one to ones with my team.

Had my first counselling session today, much needed after yesterday and it was hard going with many tears.  She told me to quit my job.

I'm mentally and physically exhausted today.
