Sourdough starter
I began my first post-lockdown sourdough starter while in Bodrum and have transported it to Istanbul today. It seems ripe for using, smells great so tomorrow’s activity will be to make my first loaf in a couple of years. Why Bodrum yeast? The air is cleaner than here :)
