Tranquility

The day has been as tranquil as this scene looks. Or should I say I’ve been lazy :0(

I’m trying to plan my next quilt to use up Japanese fabric from the stash. There isn’t sufficient for the job, so I’m doing one of my ‘back of a fag packet’ designs. I will try and source more suitable fabric, so this will not be a quick job. 

The afternoon plans were changed and the time slid. The sun was setting as we wandered along the canal bank.
