Organic Great Northern Bean Soup
for a colder day with grey skies and after the sumptuous 'Mudpie dessert' yesterday. It was so huge that we ( 3 ladies) had 3 servings each.
In our local traditional Fish Restaurants the dessert is Mudpie, a huge icecream torte with nuts and chocolate syrup.
I made the soup from scratch, garlic, onion, ginger, carrots, celery, kale seasoned with salt and pepper, tumeric and garam masala with chicken broth. Delicious.
I had organic chamomile tea from Taylors of Harrogate since 1886, I found it in my tea collection, no idea how it got in there.
