Angiogram checklist for tomorrow

> Drink plenty of water the day before
One and a half litres downed so far. Another half litre to go.

> Fast from 10 pm on previous night in preparation for cholestral check
Will do. Having spaghetti on toast as final meal.

> Have bath/shower
Will do at 7.00 am.

> Leave all valuables at home
But of course. What about the camera, though? This could be blippable!

> Don't wear make-up or nail varnish
Safe enough there, so.

> Bring in dressing gown and slippers only
Check. Got new slippers specially this afternoon. Blipped the shopping centre.

> Bring book or music player to pass the time after angiogram
Recommended by Tuesday's nurse. Not in the booklet. Done. Got A Fraction of the Whole after slipper shopping.
