Job done

For many months we have been helping the lady behind by clearing her garden.  We had some bad weather that stopped our work, but cracked on today.  We did not think it would take as long as it has but we have finished.  Rubbish is cleared (front and back) and the rotten shed taken down and bits out of it taken away.
 
We are so pleased to have finished and even managed to take some extra bits the lady wanted removed, following a bit of a move around in her house.  She is very grateful for the help and it does mean we no longer overlook a garden full of rubbish and a falling down shed.  Hopeful it does help her and will make the area more useable.
 
My blip is much of the wood we removed today, two car loads and the second one was a very busy car (we did not want to have to make a third run and probably did not have time before the recycling center was due to close).
 
I made chili con carne in the slow cooker for our dinner, we had it with rice and it was lovely.  We also had a bottle of red wine!
 
Off to bed soon after a very busy but rewarding weekend.
