That'll teach me

So a night out at the pub quiz was interrupted by a phone call to say that Ma had had another fall and was on her way to hospital because she had bashed her face up a bit. I couldn't drive over to be with her because, funnily enough being at the pub and all, I had had a glass of wine. Cue a night spent full of worry and guilt.

Anyway, she has had a CT scan this afternoon and all appears to be ok. She will be back at the home tomorrow.

So a quick blip today - the cherry blossom has finally made an appearance and in the last half an hour the leaden skies have cleared and there's a bit of blue around.
