Flying over the sea

This intrepid adventurer was whizzing around off shore on a battery powered foiling paddle board. 
The speed was quite impressive but he kept falling into the sea and had to start again 
I read recently about an Auckland firm that made a similar craft that could reach very high speed but abandoned it on safety grounds. They now concentrate their efforts on electric boats.
