Issues

I have an issue with this bird (and likely his spouse). 
He is a fully grown buzzard, though you couldn't tell that from this snap on an iphone (full zoom). He appears most times I don't have a decent zoom or telephoto lens to hand.
Every time I go to 'see' him, he is absent; not there; away; somewhere else.
Crows mock me as I wait for him. I even go at his lunchtimes, but no. 
I'm considering nailing a piece of meat with a twitcher under it to catch his eye, and sit out of sight, waiting. 
On second thoughts, the crows would probably have that. 
It's a sair fecht.
