Mono Monday

Birds up high only showing their backs, and certainly not singing.
We paid,a visit to our local park and popped into the larger Lidl store which is near. Monday obviously a good day, almost deserted.

Our fairly new neighbours made us happy today with the arrival of tree surgeon. They needed access from our garden to get equipment in. There are at least six huge Leylandi trees higher than a house which keep the sun out at certain times, makes an awful mess in Autumn and robs a chunk of our garden of water and light. They are still there but half the height.
Even better, I received a box of chocolates for allowing access.
