Woke up in a stroppy mood that didn't ever really improve. 2lb on at Fat Club just added to my fury.

After shouting at the children first thing, I tidied their rooms all afternoon to make amends. They were delighted and the evening improved.

Ally enjoyed capoeira again - he looked really good when they 'played' at the end.

I finally destroyed the ironing pile too before Alison popped round to sort out Toddler/MU money and have a catch up.

The end of the garden is looking good - everything has survived the strong winds and is bursting into flower.
