Pork Chop

Pork chop, braised endives, and grain salad with kale. Wine: Hartford Court Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2018.

All favorites tonight. I really don't make braised endives often enough (granted one needs to take out a mortgage to buy endives here, and the dish is fussy and takes the better part of an hour). This winery is a longstanding favorite for Chardonnay.
