Dark and dismal!

Horrid weather and Foloh insists on going for his usual walk. I don't like him going when the wind is strong and branches are coming off the trees. 
We have had sleet, rain , wind and even a blink of sun earlier. It is 3C and my phone says it feels like -3C.
