Peyragudes

I have come to Loudenvielle to spend a few days with my daughter, son in law and Laika. What amazing weather we are having. We got the new gondola up to Peyragudes where we had a delicious lunch and sat in the sun for a while. We then walked down the hill to Balestas, found a stunning place to sit and look over the hills while I had my second vin chaud of the day. The lovely thing about not skiing is that there is no urgency to the day. We don’t have to get in ten runs or we feel we haven’t justified our lift pass. This way we can just walk and chill and sit and drink and watch the world go by. What a wonderful treat
