The DJ is playing all the right music ….

Met up with my old work colleague and good friend Stu for a coffee and a catch-up in Brighouse this morning. I hadn’t seen him since my cancer diagnosis so I gave him the rundown on what I’d been through since last march.
I think he was quite surprise to see me just the same as I was during all the years we worked together and very relieved that my treatment had gone as well as it appears to have gone.
These past two or three weeks feels like I am starting to turn the corner and, once again, being the same old me.
No one knows what the future has in store for us, so all I can do is quote that famous OFAH line from Del Boy - “onwards and upwards Rodney” :-)
