Your Nuts M’Lord

This may sound unbelievable but a Fortnum and Mason’s truck often delivers produce to the food bank next door to the centre where I teach. If the food is too close to the use by date or perishable (they have nowhere to store it) they bring it over to us and it get’s shared between the tutors. Today we got these gorgeous big boxes of dried fruit and nuts which ‘need’ eating by tomorrow. A couple of weeks ago they brought scotch eggs and rounds of Stilton and before that, boxes of pies. I shall make a contribution in exchange. Apparently they are always short of loo rolls and UHT milk.
