What a day!
Started with nails at 10 am - I did not get a lie in at all ....
At 1 pm I went on a call with my friend Iska and we were 4.5 hrs on Zoom ...
Seriously!

There was some business coaching, pep talking and butt kicking happening and I am so happy to say that Iska felt much better after that.

Then Neil told me that Youssouf had closed just after 4 and was hanging sleeping over his laptop in his shop.

I want down to look if there was another person in need of some pep talk but he was gone when I arrived.
He is really putting too much on himself - I hope he will take some time for himself and realises that also he needs some sleep.
