Ru again

Today we had our mattress delivered, and it does seem to be much more what we want than the last one. Fingers crossed. 

Our new cleaning lady arrived, or at least two of them did this week. I think they are sisters from Brazil and the woman who will be cleaning for us every fortnight has very little English. Thank goodness for the Google Translate app! You can speak into it, and get a passable translation, and you can get it to speak the translation for you.

Our floors are now much cleaner.

Neil and I visited the duck pond with PAPER bags of food and fed the ducks and the gulls, but the goose was elsewhere. 

I took the photo of Rufus because I think he looks lovely in the sunshine. The red rug is looking grubby because it's covered in cat hair. What a surprise.
