A supposedly rare nacreous, or mother-of-pearl cloud on the left, above Inverness Campus this morning. Had never seen or heard of them before today. It was beautiful, with a rainbow-like fringe. The above was about half-an-hour before sunrise. Pity I've just been using a wide-angled lens for all of this month's Blips.
Some information about these clouds from the "Beeb".
Many thanks for all the stars and favourites for my recent reaching 13 years of Blips. Missed that in the midst of uploading most of a week of back-Blips, and wondered why that humble photo seemed so popular!
