Tea Time

I just don't get herbal teas. They sound lovely and smell delicious but always taste like grass cuttings in hot water. I have tried loads in the hope of finding one which will live up to the hype.
Whilst I was in Dunfermline on Friday, waiting for the non existent hire car, I was drawn to a specialist tea shop where I explained to the owner my experience with this type of teas. We chatted for ages and he assured me that their teas were different and I would be converted. He gave me a couple of free samples and I bought the spiced apple blend that he recommended.
Got home really looking forward to trying it. Result? Tasted like grass cuttings in hot water with a slight hint of cinnamon. Absolutely bogging. I'm officially sticking to Tetley's.
