Intrepid Chickens

The good thing about not giving the chickens a heat lamp (and we don't for safety reasons and if the power would go out they would not be prepared for the cold) is that at 22 degrees they hopped out of the coop and went wandering in the snow. There was a path and I think they went under the bunny barn but still.
We had another 2 hour delay this morning which I wasn't expecting but was very happy for. We got about 4 fluffy inches but the drive in early wouldn't have been very good. So I was around to let the chickens out before I left.
