Jar opener

A late blip, but this was my mums so I have had it over 20 years and her many years before that, hence the state of them, but my hands aren't good these days so they are invaluable for opening lids from jars and those bottle tops that you can't budge. 

It's been really wild and windy today, we were late going for a walk in the woods today but it was lovely and sunny if a little scary with the wind blowing the trees about.

Have been looking at some old slides tonight remembering times past. Paula is going to transfer them onto the PC but apparently it can take quite awhile.

Well last day of January, looking forward to spring.
