Mono Monday: High

I was just getting up and dressed, when Roger drew my attention to this hawk, a Cooper’s Hawk, I believe, up high in a neighbour’s tree. My camera was at full zoom, and the focus isn’t sharp, but I thought it would work for the Mono Monday challenge High. Being another gloomy day, there was virtually no colour in it anyway.
I did my exercise early afternoon at the pool, 50 lengths today. Roger was going to swim, but since it was pretty busy, he went to work out on the elliptical machine instead, and joined me later, for about 12 lengths.
