Rainy day

We had a cold rainy day today .I guess we are weird but we kind of enjoy these when we can hunker down at home. We went to breakfast then home errands, then home. J’s brother visited. J is taking him to the dentist Wednesday. I plan to go to grocery store as 2 artist friends are coming over Thursday. I plan to cook breakfast for them. They are not familiar with inks or yupo paper so we will play with these mediums. I did these little cone flowers to show them what is possible with ink. In going back through an old sketch book, I found this little colored pencil sketch I did years ago, I think maybe in 2019. I think that’s when the photo was taken. I do not draw people well, but some of you may recognize her. :—)
This is a back bllip as time slipped up on me. A friend contacted me late last night and asked me to paint a card for her new daughter in law. I sat up too late starting on that. :—)
