The Mill was looking splendid in the sunshine this morning, but the keen northerly wind was whipping up the surface of the mill pond so there weren't any reflections.    Nice to see a pair of Swans too.
This afternoon we spent a couple of hours tidying fallen twigs and leaves that we had missed first time round.   The garden waste bin is full and awaiting collection tomorrow.   We received the invoice for this year's rental today, £57, so that needs to be paid by the 15th.   The sun disappeared after lunch and it felt much colder than the 9 degrees the thermometer was reading.
