A cut above the average bottle

As soon as we were given this bottle of Pinot Grigio I knew I had to take a photo of it. That bottle is so attractive to me, in looks as well as feel. However, the downside of my hand operation meant it took a while to take the shot! Anyway, we can at last open it and take a sip. I reckon Friday will be the day!

Rehab work on the hand and back continues. Actually did a 1.8 mile walk around New York City today with Dr Moran Cerf talking about 'sleep' from a neuroscience perspective - All via the Ifit app!
