So chuffed, got a very positive feedback from one of our patients, a lady I have helped, investigated finding her referral and eventually booking her for a procedure she was waiting for some time.
She recognised my voice upon checking in and came straight to me thanking me for all the help. Not only that, she wanted to be heard and went on and praised me with my Managers … she really made my day :)

Did a mug in pottery class tonight, not really great looking but once it’s dried, fired and glazed might be the one I start my days with - oversized tea cuppa :)
