Bonkers

Very different day although ended again with a performance.
I didn’t wake up til 8.30, then spent the day cleaning, remaking beds, repairing my desk chair (using cable ties like A had suggested) and doing a few emails. Got a lot done but at a fairly leisurely pace.
Caught the train to Glasgow and quick catch up with VickyG before preparing for the hospitality part of the evening. Chatting, shmoozing and canapés before the opera started (L’Etoile by Chabrier). It was such a mad storyline, but really well done. They had to both sing and speak in rapid French and did it impressively.
Lucky to catch a train home quickly and not have to wait…still a late night home though.
