Why You Don't Swim in Florida Rivers

On our way back to Bradenton from West Palm Beach, we stopped at Myakka River State Park. They are known for alligators and wild boars. I usually gauge my entry fee to the park on how many gators we see. Tonight?

For our 6 dollar entry fee, we saw 9 alligators. That means each gator cost me 67 cents apiece. Pretty good deal.

A long horizontal shot is in my Extras. It is one animal that I never want to meet close-up.
