Gardens

A bit of an E-blip today. I took this photo from mums kitchen window of her back garden looking into  the neighbours garden. The fence badly needed replaced and the work started today. However ( for very valid reasons) the team doing it now have to leave it like this till next week - not necessarily a problem unless you’re nearly 97 and pretty confused a lot of the time :( Think they should have left it till next week and done it all at once.
We went out for lunch with J. Today was his and M’s wedding anniversary - they would have been married 54 years and would in past years have been flying out to the sun for a holiday. We had a lovely lunch , lots of reminiscing and remembering:) I drank 2 glasses of Prosecco - one for me and 1 for M.
