Mental health conference today

Organised by Cockermouth Rotary club. There were a number of very inspiring speakers including Andy Airey of Three Dad's Walking. There were also a pleasing number of organisations explaining the different types of help they offer.
The wrist band in my blip is produced by one of them: www.every-life-matters.org.uk. One of their messages is that asking someone if they feel suicidal does not put the idea into their head and is actually a useful thing to do. I certainly didn't know that.
