Insults?

I had a 'click and collect' order to pick up from the local branch of a well known chemists shop.  Imagine my surprise when I saw I'd been addressed like this!  Now, I confess I've been known occasionally to cast my eye in the direction of a lady's well turned ankle or a shapely figure but letch? Me?  A bit harsh, I thought.  It then dawned on me; maybe the chemists have a distribution centre in Letchworth?  OK; bin the complaint letter.
