A pier/jetty in need of repair

I live just a few minutes walk to Brisbane Waters. The walking track along the water goes through a number of towns and is popular with humans, dogs and cyclists. 

I noticed a pier that looks a bit too dangerous to walk along but looked lovely stretching out into the glistening water.
