An outing

We had a follow-up session with Lauren, the renal dietitian and got some new ideas.  We'll be getting together again about once a month.

Since it will be raining for the foreseeable future, I had to go shopping today and went to Central Market because they carry some things I can't get elsewhere.  I spent more than half an hour just walking up and down the aisles, getting in some good exercise.  As usual, I gravitated toward their lovely cut flower bouquets; these small ones go for $12.95 and come in many different groupings, as you can see.
