A funny sort of day .
I met my sister at Allanton Peace Sanctuary where we walked into the community woods and scattered our Mums ashes around a pretty silver birch tree which we liked. I had bought a couple of bird boxes which I put up on that tree and another one further away.
We went back to the house and Caroline and her sister Elaine kindly gave us tea and biscuits.
Time for an early night .
