Wheel meet again …

I did wonder if this temporary wheel that had just appeared in the heart of Regency Cheltenham is the same one that graced Portobello Prom during the pandemic summer of 2020? This one is in Imperial Gardens for the whole of this month. The signposts point to Cheltenham’s twinned towns around the world. The Chinese and Russian ones, seem to me, to strike a far less cordial note in 2023.
