First run

I attempted my first run in nearly 2 months this afternoon.
The bug I had over Christmas completely wiped me out and my breathing has been so bad I haven't dared try but with the support of my friend Yan today I was brave enough.
Poor Yan fell over at the start and scrapped down her face but with no more injuries we carried on and managed 4.5k not far but it's a start.
