I've lost count of the seasons today.

This morning in Edinburgh was bright but cold - like winter. Glasgow was warmer - it felt like summer. By lunchtime however we were into April showers, then an autumnal wind got up. On my way back home through Edinburgh this evening, the sky showed everything from blue to dark glowery bits with rain falling. The sunshine, fresh green growth an blossom suggested spring though.

Very confusing.
