Sunshine … sort of

We went to the Parnell Farmer’s Market this morning, MrMacD went sailing and I washed the fruit and veg, made yoghurt, did the washing and ironing, and cleaned some windows, which are really grubby after all the rain.  There are still more to do but at least I’ve made a start.  It was so good that it didn’t rain, but the sunshine was weak and not strong enough to help people who have to dry out their houses.

The top photo shows we did have a reasonable day and we’ve got our view back.  The lily was poking out from a rather battered bunch of daisies, and the insect on the daisy is, I think (according to Mr Google) a drone fly.
