Alas, not on Chorley FM!

Bit of a manic day today as I had a couple of things to sort in advance of our wedding tomorrow (I should probably go to bed soon...) and one of those things was to do an interview with Simon Yaxley AKA. "Yakkers" of Lakeland Radio to promote The Hound of the Baskervilles.

I've been near-naked on this stage, but the experience of recording an interview (even though it was a pre-record) was far more daunting, but Yakkers is a gracious host and soon put me at my ease and made it a very enjoyable experience.

It also helps that he is playing the role of Watson in the same production!

It was fascinating to watch him work, cutting and editing as we went and I realised that I had - somewhat naively - underestimated just how much goes on behind the scenes in putting a radio show together.

A cracking experience!

Right, I'm going to bed: there's a wedding to go to tomorrow....
