Hunting (Day 2828)

Surprisingly mild for the morning wander with Sigyn, though there were a couple of short showers.
After getting ourselves sorted out my beautiful wife and I took Sigyn across to Stromness and left her with Mum and Dad while we went to do hoss stuff. We moved a load of stuff to the field the horses will move to next week, and managed to avoid getting rained on for most of it.
Back to Mum and Dad's for lunch, then while HV did electric fencing, I took Sigyn a wander in the wind and rain. She was delighted with the opportunity to chase a hare, and for an 11 year old dog she did fairly well, keeping pace with the hare for a fair old distance. The hare was the definite winner though and was never in any danger. The rest of the walk was much more exciting for Sigyn as she hunted for more hares.
Back to Mum and Dad's to watch rugby and get feed.
