My go to colour when its a dark dull day :)

I was planning to go further afield again today, but as usual all my joints are so painful I knew I couldn't do too much.

Popped over to B&Q in Reading though - not expecting to have a problem with traffic - but there was a major issue - 2 way traffic lights, frozen on red both ways...  In the end some of us drove through them, as the other side were waiting (and of course there was no-one working on the site as usual!! :( )

After a Costa coffee, I came back on the 'smart' motorway for one junction, which I absolutely hate driving on (and refuse to do so unless there is no other way of getting somewhere,  in case there is an accident or something where there is no hard shoulder to escape to)

Then I've taken paracetamol and codeine which is all I can take (which doesn't help my stomach), and dozed and rested for the rest of the day instead of doing what I wanted to :(

I just wish I could actually see a Dr about this, but I get fobbed off with a physio.  Thinking of going privately through my work scheme instead, as I think a steroid injection might help...  hate not being able to do things and all because I went for a walk yesterday plus issues with shoulder and wrist :(
