Spent tulip cascade

When Paddy and Caitlin told us on 2nd March 2019 of their plans to move to Edinburgh, we looked forward to Saturday mornings like today's. We all completed the Parkrun together at Figgate Park (a PB for me), then returned to Paddy and Caitlin's flat. In between showers and a change of clothes for each of us, Paddy cooked shakshuka for breakfast as Caitlin and I played Azul (I won). (Meanwhile poor Mr hazelh was on his phone, trying to make sense of some strange financial transactions with Scottish Gas. We could have done without that.)

The highlight of the afternoon was a long Facetime call with Jackie and Richard in Cirencester. Plans are afoot for them to come and visit us in July.

We set off on holiday tomorrow :-)
