Ailsa Craig

Stopped at this landmark off the Ayrshire coast on my way home today, as I often did as a child on day trips with my parents. 
Ailsa Craig, a volcanic plug of granite and the sole source of Olympic curling stones. 
The Isle of Arran is behind to the right and Mull of Kintyre to the left.
