Sometimes when I'm away on a painting trip I collect bits and pieces with colour and texture lying around pontoons, piers, roadsides ....anywhere. I might just stick them in a frame. This lot were from the Algarve and my framer just happened to have a couple of deep frames which were unwanted and consequently well priced.
