What happens

when you drink Champagne before serving dessert. Fortunately, the little orange delicious puddings turned out perfectly but would have been enhanced by some lightly whipped cream.
I cooked some kangaroo steaks which we found in Lidl and served with sweet potato mash and a green salad with pears. My English friend enjoyed our lunch; it was her first time eating kangaroo. It was also my first time for making butter.
