Johnny Appleseed

The signs of the well known, Johnny Appleseed, are evident in our state. Everywhere you look apple blossoms are bountiful, showey and fragrant.
I have always been in awe of apple orchards. First, to see the abundance of flowers on every branch. It's so beautiful. When you are near a large orchard, it's just a sea of pale pink and white blossoms.
Then, in the fall, to go apple picking, is one of the most enjoyable things to do!
